Job Description

Role Overview Join Tech Mahindra as an Associate Customer Support professional handling post-sales customer inquiries and product-related questions through voice channels. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging available tools and information systems to resolve customer concerns efficiently. This is a full-time permanent position offering immediate opportunities for freshers and experienced professionals in a fast-paced BPO environment.
