Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Hana Native Developer to join our IT and Information Security team at Tech Mahindra. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data warehouse solutions using SAP BW on HANA platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with global teams across 90 countries. Key Responsibilities - Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from multiple sources into SAP BW systems - Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using BEx Query Designer and SAP Analytics Cloud - Design and implement ABAP CDS views and ABAP ADT solutions for enhanced data processing - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical findings and recommendations - Provide expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and integrated planning modules Required Qualifications - 8 or more years of professional experience with SAP BW on HANA platform - Advanced proficiency in ABAP programming with object-oriented programming (OOPS) concepts - Comprehensive knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP Datasphere - Graduate degree (UG or PG) from a recognized institution - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration Why Join Us Tech Mahindra is a leading global IT services company with 152,000 professionals serving 1297 Fortune 500 customers worldwide. Requirements

- 8 or more years of experience with SAP BW on HANA - Expert level ABAP programming with OOPS skills - Proficiency in BEx Query Designer and report development - Deep understanding of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA architecture - Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud - Advanced knowledge of ABAP CDS views and ABAP ADT - Good understanding of SAP BW IP (Integrated Planning) - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Any Graduate or Postgraduate qualification
