Job Description

Role Overview Sutherland is looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join its International Voice Process team in Chennai. This is a 6-month contractual role focused on delivering high-quality customer support to international clients. Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome to apply and must be available to join immediately in May. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international voice process accounts - Resolve customer queries and concerns with professionalism and clarity over voice calls - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established support protocols - Meet quality benchmarks and customer satisfaction targets as defined by the team - Coordinate with team leads and support panels to escalate complex issues when required Required Qualifications - Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and confident speaking manner - Ability to work rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts, on a 5-day work week schedule - Immediate availability to join by May is mandatory - Graduation is not required; freshers are eligible to apply - Willingness to work from office at the Chennai location Why Join Us Sutherland offers a structured career start in the international BPO space with competitive compensation and a two-way cab facility available up to a 25km radius from the office.
