International Voice Process - Customer Support

Role Overview Sutherland is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its International Voice Process team in Chennai. This is a 6-month contractual role focused on delivering excellent customer support to international clients over voice. Candidates who can join immediately within May are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients over voice - Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards - Communicate clearly and professionally in English across all customer touchpoints - Adhere to shift schedules and meet productivity and quality benchmarks set by the team Required Qualifications - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Willingness to work rotational shifts with a predominantly night shift schedule - Ability to join immediately within the month of May - Graduation is not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply Why Join Us Sutherland offers a structured work environment with a 5-day work week and a two-way cab facility available up to a 25km radius from the office.
