International Process Associate - Email and Chat Support

Role Overview TP is hiring International Process Associates for its Email and Chat Support vertical based at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai. This is a full-time permanent opportunity suited for candidates with a background in BFSI or financial services customer support who possess strong written English communication skills. Immediate joiners who can onboard within June 2026 will be given preference. Key Responsibilities - Handle international customer queries through email and chat channels with accuracy and professionalism - Deliver high-quality written responses that meet client satisfaction benchmarks - Work across rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements - Maintain proper documentation and follow standard operating procedures for each interaction - Coordinate with team leads to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner Required Qualifications - Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable - Minimum 1 year of experience in email, chat, or non-voice customer support process - Experience must be within a financial services or BFSI environment - Candidates must provide valid offer letter, relieving letter, and salary slips at the time of interview - Strong written English communication and typing skills are mandatory - Must be available to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off Why Join Us TP offers a competitive salary of up to 4 LPA along with a two-way cab facility for employees working within the boundary limits of the Ambattur location.
