Job Description

Role Overview Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Banking Domain voice process at the Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience who are fluent in Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu to launch their career in the BPO industry with a globally recognised company. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls in the banking domain with professionalism and accuracy - Assist customers with banking-related queries and provide timely resolutions - Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality - Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system - Adhere to call centre processes, compliance guidelines, and performance metrics Required Qualifications - Minimum 12th pass; any graduate is also eligible - Freshers and immediate joiners are welcome to apply - Proficiency in Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu is mandatory - Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude - Willingness to work 6 days a week with one rotational weekly off in a full day shift Why Join Us Teleperformance offers a structured work environment, a competitive salary package, and a clear growth path within the BPO sector. Requirements

- 12th pass or any graduate - Freshers eligible; up to 1 year of experience considered - Fluency in Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu - Strong verbal communication skills - Immediate joining availability required - Comfortable working 6 days a week in a day shift
