Job Description

Role Overview We are hiring experienced Email and Chat Support professionals to join our international BFSI process team based in Perungalathur, Chennai. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a leading BPO organisation, offering competitive pay and excellent workplace benefits. Candidates with a background in UK financial services or knowledge of FCA regulations will have a strong advantage in this role. Key Responsibilities - Handle international customer queries through email and chat channels within the BFSI or banking and finance domain - Deliver accurate, timely, and professional written responses to customer concerns in compliance with financial services standards - Adhere to quality benchmarks, response time targets, and compliance guidelines relevant to UK financial services - Work across rotational shifts including night shifts as part of a 5-day working week with 2 rotational days off - Maintain thorough documentation and follow escalation procedures where required Required Qualifications - Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable - Minimum 1 year of experience in email support, chat support, or non-voice customer service within a BFSI or financial services environment - Candidates must provide valid offer letter, relieving letter, and recent pay slips at the time of joining - Strong written English communication skills are essential - Familiarity with FCA regulations or prior experience in UK banking and finance processes is an added advantage - Immediate joiners who can onboard within May 2026 are strongly preferred Why Join Us This role offers a salary of up to 5 LPA along with two-way cab facility and 7 days of complimentary accommodation for outstation candidates, making it an excellent opportunity for both local and relocating professionals.
