As an Insurance Operations Associate at Rippling, you will be at the heart of managing enrollment connections between the Rippling platform and health insurance carriers, ensuring data accuracy and seamless transactions. This is a detail-oriented role that demands strong communication skills and a proactive approach to operational problem-solving. Key Responsibilities - Manage and monitor an internal task dashboard to ensure client data aligns accurately with carrier records - Continuously review and improve processes for confirming data integrity with health insurance carriers - Collaborate directly with health insurance carriers, clients, internal support teams, and engineering teams to validate member transaction accuracy - Develop subject matter expertise in insurance operations and enrollment workflows - Work with carrier partners to build innovative and efficient methods for confirming enrollments processed through the Rippling platform Required Qualifications - Minimum two years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role at a high-growth startup or consulting firm - Strong attention to detail with excellent time management, work ethic, and execution abilities - Proven experience in direct client or customer communication - Familiarity with product and engineering teams for root-cause analysis of product issues - Experience managing a task-based dashboard and organizing workload accordingly - Proficiency in G-Suite and Salesforce - Prior experience working with or supporting US-based companies Why Join Us Rippling has raised over 1.8 billion USD from leading global investors and is recognised as one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.
