Payroll Implementation Analyst

Role Overview Rippling is a unified workforce management platform that brings together HR, IT, and Finance operations into a single system. As a Payroll Implementation Analyst at Rippling's Bengaluru office, you will be at the heart of the customer onboarding experience, managing data migration and driving platform adoption for clients across multiple geographies. This is a hybrid role requiring you to work from the Bangalore office three days a week, with working hours aligned to the region you serve. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with external clients and internal stakeholders including Implementation Managers, Engineers, and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding - Oversee end-to-end migration of payroll and HR data onto the Rippling platform with accuracy and timeliness - Lead and manage implementation projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders - Develop subject matter expertise in Rippling's platform and products within the first three months - Serve as the primary point of contact for specific process workstreams and guide stakeholders accordingly - Proactively identify opportunities for process and product improvements, with a focus on automation - Manage and configure data across various formats using tools such as Google Sheets and Excel - Maintain ownership of documentation related to processes and product enhancements - Complete monthly Process Knowledge Transfer tasks promptly and contribute to team knowledge management initiatives Required Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional and client-facing collaboration - Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms - Solid project management capabilities to handle concurrent tasks and multiple stakeholders - Experience with data migration, especially payroll and HR-related datasets - Proficiency with data manipulation tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel - Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently within diverse teams - Proven experience in process or product improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives Why Join Us Rippling has raised over 1.85 billion USD from world-class investors including Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, and Goldman Sachs, and has been recognised by Forbes as one of America's best startup employers.
