INFOR LN Functional Consultant

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced INFOR LN Functional Consultant to join our team and support Infor LN ERP operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Sales Distribution and Customer Master data management, working closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Service, and Integration teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a subject matter expert who can independently manage ERP modules while driving smooth transitions through thorough knowledge transfer activities. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage Infor LN Sales Distribution modules including Customer Master data, credit and payment controls, sales order lifecycle, and invoicing with AR dependencies - Act as the functional SME for Customer setup, maintenance, and governance across all customer types including Sold To, Ship To, Bill To, and Invoice To - Ensure accurate configuration of payment terms, currencies, tax rules, and credit limits within the Infor LN system - Lead and contribute to Knowledge Transfer activities to support transition from implementation to steady state operations - Prepare detailed functional documentation including process flows, data ownership models, exception handling guides, and business impact assessments - Support and collaborate with business users on end-to-end order to cash processes Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor LN ERP - Strong functional knowledge of Sales Distribution and Customer Master data modules - Proven experience with Invoicing and AR dependencies within Infor LN - Background in manufacturing or industrial environments - Solid understanding of end-to-end order to cash process flows - Demonstrated ability to prepare KT documentation and support business users - B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization Why Join Us This role offers you the opportunity to work at the intersection of ERP operations and business transformation in a dynamic manufacturing setup.
