Middleware Administrator

Role Overview LTM is actively looking for a skilled Middleware Administrator to join its growing IT infrastructure team in Chennai. This is a full-time opportunity suited for professionals with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in middleware technologies, application server administration, and Linux-based environments. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities - Administer and maintain WebSphere Application Server and Apache Tomcat in production and non-production environments - Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of servers running on Linux platforms - Perform version upgrades and migrations of application and web servers - Configure WebSphere and Tomcat servers in clustered environments for high availability, load balancing, and failover support - Implement and support JDBC connectivity across different database layers - Manage integration of application servers such as WebSphere and Tomcat with web servers including Apache and IBM HTTP Server - Handle SSL certificate installations and renewals - Configure JMS integration with WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment - Set up SSO policies and manage web agent installations and configurations - Monitor and troubleshoot middleware issues using Unix and Linux command-line tools - Support load balancer configurations including VIP and WIP Required Qualifications - 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in middleware or application server administration - Strong knowledge of WebSphere Application Server and Apache Tomcat administration - Proficiency in Linux and Unix command-line operations for web administration - Experience with JDBC connectivity, JMS integration, and certificate management - Familiarity with load balancers and Connect Direct or NDM is an added advantage - IBM Certified System Administrator - WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V9.0 certification is mandatory - Good communication and analytical troubleshooting skills Why Join Us LTM offers a dynamic work environment where middleware professionals can work on enterprise-grade infrastructure projects and sharpen their technical expertise.
