Experienced AR Callers - Physician Revenue Cycle

Role Overview We are seeking experienced AR Callers with expertise in physician revenue cycle management to join our growing team at our Uppal location. This role involves reviewing and analyzing claim forms, validating medical codes, and resolving billing discrepancies through voice-based communication with healthcare payers and medical staff. You will work with advanced coding tools and clearing house systems to ensure accurate and timely claim processing. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze claim form 1500 to ensure accurate billing information and compliance with healthcare regulations - Utilize coding tools such as CCI and McKesson to validate and optimize medical codes across various specialties - Verify claim status, eligibility, and coverage details on payer websites and healthcare platforms - Conduct voice-based communication with payers and medical staff to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate claims processing - Work with Clearing House systems like Waystar and other e-commerce platforms for efficient claim submissions - Manage accounts receivable calling activities and denial management for physician practices Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in physician revenue cycle management and AR calling - Graduate degree in any discipline - Proficiency in medical coding tools including CCI and McKesson - Strong knowledge of claim form 1500 and other healthcare billing forms - Familiarity with payer websites and their processes - Understanding of Clearing House systems like Waystar - Expertise in medical specialties including cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgery - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable working night shifts - Ready to join immediately with relieving letter mandatory Why Join Us Sutherland offers a competitive compensation package with night shift allowance and fixed weekends off to maintain work-life balance.
