Executive - Accounts

Role Overview Larsen and Toubro is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support end-to-end accounting operations at the project site level. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to keep financial operations running seamlessly in line with corporate standards. Key Responsibilities - Record day-to-day financial transactions such as invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries, and employee reimbursement claims in the system with high accuracy - Process vendor bills by coordinating with procurement and site teams for invoice validation and obtaining necessary approvals - Ensure timely vendor and service provider payments as per agreed terms, including accurate GST and TDS deductions - Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies in coordination with the bank and relevant internal teams - Support monthly financial closing activities including ledger scrutiny, preparation of financial schedules, and data reporting to management - Liaise with internal and statutory auditors by providing required documentation and ensuring prompt resolution of audit queries Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related financial discipline - Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements - Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a project site environment - Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors Why Join Us Larsen and Toubro is one of India's most respected multinational conglomerates, offering unmatched career growth opportunities and exposure to large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects.
