Job Description

Role Overview Logitech is seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Business Specialist to join its growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding Logitech's footprint across B2B, Government, Education, and Enterprise segments by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategies and strengthening Logitech's presence in high-value markets. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage robust sales pipelines to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across B2B, Government, Education, and Enterprise sectors - Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within CIO departments - Collaborate with channel partners to generate, track, and follow up on leads with thorough business reporting - Present new product categories to key distribution partners and execute tailored sales strategies - Travel interstate and overseas as required to support business development activities Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in IT or cloud peripherals - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets - Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic business planning skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management abilities - Proficiency in a range of marketing and CRM tools - Fluency in English, both written and spoken - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and team-oriented environments - Solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of self-motivation Why Join Us Logitech is a globally recognised brand that champions diversity, inclusion, and flexible working, offering a hybrid work model that supports your personal and professional wellbeing. Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience - Experience in IT or cloud peripherals sector preferred - Strong sales pipeline management and forecasting skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Ability to build relationships with C-level and CIO stakeholders - Knowledge of marketing and CRM tools - Willingness to travel interstate and internationally - Fluent in English, written and verbal - Team player with strong interpersonal skills - Solution-oriented and results-driven approach
