Document Production Specialist

Role Overview WSP in India is looking for a skilled Document Production Specialist to join their Business Support team in Bengaluru. This is a critical role focused on ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely documentation is delivered to clients across all business areas. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across a globally renowned engineering and professional services firm, gaining exposure to diverse functions and projects. Key Responsibilities - Type and format a wide range of documents including reports, letters, and other written materials in line with company style guidelines - Proofread and edit documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and overall accuracy - Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism - Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and project timelines are consistently met - Maintain and file electronic records of documents, reviews, and signature approvals - Assist with additional document support tasks as required by the Business Support Manager Required Qualifications - A degree qualification is mandatory - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Document Production Specialist or Shared Service Administrative Assistant with a strong background in large documentation compilation - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Willingness to follow a rotational shift schedule with standard hours of 7 AM to 4 PM IST Why Join Us WSP is one of the world's leading professional services consulting firms with over 73,000 professionals across 40 countries, offering you access to landmark projects and a truly global career network.
