DevOps Track Associate

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced DevOps Track Associate to join our engineering team. This role focuses on managing Kubernetes deployments, container orchestration, and maintaining production environments. You will work on implementing secure, scalable infrastructure solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration. Key Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in on-premises datacenter environments - Implement and maintain containerization solutions using Docker, Podman, containerd, and CRIO - Configure and optimize Kubernetes networking including CNI plugins, ingress controllers, and service meshes - Develop and manage Helm charts for application deployment and versioning - Monitor system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and ManageEngine - Implement security measures including RBAC, network policies, pod security policies, and CIS benchmarks - Create comprehensive documentation for environment configurations and operational procedures Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification required - 4 to 6 years of professional experience in DevOps or infrastructure management - Strong experience with Linux platform administration and management - Hands-on experience with Docker and container technologies - Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts including pods, services, deployments, and statefulsets - Experience with monitoring and observability tools Why Join Us Hexaware Technologies is a leading IT services and consulting company offering exciting opportunities for technical growth.
