Job Description

Role Overview Sutherland is seeking dedicated Customer Support Executives for international non-voice support operations. You will handle customer inquiries through chat and email channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer queries and concerns through chat and email platforms with accuracy and timeliness - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction - Provide accurate product information and policy details to customers - Coordinate with team members to achieve service targets and operational goals - Stay updated with latest product information and company policies Required Qualifications - Plus 2 or higher secondary education minimum - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work in rotational shifts with 2-day weekly offs - Available to join immediately Why Join Us Join Sutherland and be part of a global organization serving international clients.
