Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team at Sutherland. In this role, you will handle inbound customer interactions across multiple channels including voice calls, emails, and chat support. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to customers through effective communication - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and requirements - Escalate complex issues to senior team members and supervisors when necessary for resolution Required Qualifications - 6 months to 3 years of experience in international voice process (inbound) or semi-voice environment - Excellent communication skills in English language with ability to understand and adapt to diverse accents - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously Why Join Us Join Sutherland and be part of a leading global customer experience company.
