Job Description

Role Overview Accenture in India is hiring a Customer Service Analyst with expert-level Spanish proficiency to support end-to-end Procure to Pay operations. This role is based in Gurugram and requires a commerce graduate with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable, vendor management, and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle. You will work within a collaborative team environment, handling invoice processing and stakeholder coordination in both Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities - Handle complete Procure to Pay cycle including PO and non-PO invoice processing - Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors in Spanish and English - Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and process guidelines - Support payment processing activities and respond to vendor and stakeholder queries - Work on ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for transaction management - Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports as required Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent qualification - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Procure to Pay or accounts payable functions - Expert-level proficiency in Spanish language with strong English communication skills - Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle - Ability to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling day-to-day process challenges Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services leader operating across more than 120 countries with a workforce of over 784,000 professionals. Requirements

- Expert proficiency in Spanish language - BCom or equivalent degree - 3 to 5 years of Procure to Pay or accounts payable experience - Hands-on experience with SAP or Oracle ERP platforms - Strong communication skills in English and Spanish - Ability to process PO and non-PO invoices accurately - Experience in vendor reconciliation and query resolution - Willingness to work in rotational shifts
