Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice process at the Gurugram Engagement Centre. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on customer service experience who are looking to grow within a globally recognised professional services organisation. You will be the first point of contact for consumers, helping resolve queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to complaints, order processing, returns, and product or service inquiries
- Manage support and service escalations and route complex issues to the Tier 2 department as needed
- Track and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system changes, process updates, and product information
- Adhere strictly to service level agreements and assigned operational schedules
- Meet and sustain account KPIs on a consistent basis
- Assist with process documentation and support new process rollouts as directed by the client
- Provide multichannel support covering customer service, customer contact, and trade marketing activities
Required Qualifications
- Any graduation degree from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound or outbound customer service roles
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer service technology and next-generation customer operations
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
