Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at Gurugram. This role is part of a dynamic Engagement Centre focused on delivering exceptional customer service across inbound and outbound channels. You will work with cutting-edge customer service technology to support consumers, clients, and trade marketing teams across multiple touchpoints. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls related to complaints, orders, returns, website registration, and general product inquiries - Manage support and service escalations from clients and transfer complex issues to the Tier 2 department when required - Track, document, and report system issues accurately and in a timely manner - Stay updated with system changes, process updates, and product information on an ongoing basis - Comply with assigned schedules, service level agreements, and account KPIs consistently - Assist with process documentation and support any new processes officially added to the service scope Required Qualifications - Any graduation degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles - Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills suitable for voice-based customer interaction - Familiarity with multichannel or multimedia customer support environments including technical support or trade marketing Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services leader operating across more than 120 countries, offering excellent career growth opportunities in digital, cloud, and operations. Requirements

- Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of customer service experience - Inbound and outbound call handling experience - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong verbal communication skills in English - Familiarity with service level agreements and KPI-driven environments - Experience with multichannel customer support preferred - Basic understanding of order management, complaint handling, and returns processing
