Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at its Gurugram Engagement Centre. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on customer service experience who thrive in a fast-paced, multichannel support environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound queries, complaints, and order-related concerns on behalf of leading global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving complaints, processing orders and returns, and addressing product or service queries
- Manage support and service escalations and route complex issues to the Tier 2 department as required
- Track, document, and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay updated on system changes, product information, and process updates to ensure accurate customer communication
- Adhere strictly to assigned schedules, service level agreements, and account KPIs
- Assist with process documentation and support any newly introduced client processes within the defined scope of services
- Collaborate with trade and marketing teams to address customer inquiries related to products and campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound or outbound customer service roles
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with multichannel or multimedia customer support including voice, chat, or technical support
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach

Requirements
- Any graduation from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of inbound or outbound customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure
- Experience with multichannel customer support preferred
- Familiarity with customer service technologies and CRM tools
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
