Custom Software Engineer - MES Application Development

Role Overview Develop custom software solutions for manufacturing execution systems with hands-on expertise in DELMIA Apriso and related technologies. Play a critical role in designing, coding, and enhancing MES components across global manufacturing engagements. Deliver scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices tailored to specific business requirements. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain MES solutions using DELMIA Apriso and SCADA platforms with end-to-end ownership from design to deployment - Implement integrations between MES, ERP systems like SAP, and shopfloor control systems including PLCs and DCS - Participate in code reviews, develop test cases, and conduct stress and performance testing to ensure solution quality - Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams to ensure SLA and KPI compliance across global delivery models - Support service continuity plans and execute non-disruptive deployment and migration activities - Propose tools and methodologies for effective knowledge transfer, release management, and issue prevention Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MES, manufacturing IT systems, or industrial automation - Deep expertise in DELMIA Apriso LES/MES/WMS modules and responsive UI framework conversion - Strong proficiency in SCADA, PL/SQL, JavaScript, C#, HTML, and CSS - Hands-on experience with OPC UA/DA protocols and PLC integration - Database development skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL - Experience with manufacturing execution systems in automotive or industrial domains - Strong communication, analytical thinking, and team collaboration abilities Why Join Us Accenture is a leading IT services and consulting firm offering opportunities to work on complex global projects with cutting-edge technologies.
