Corporate Partnerships Specialist

Role Overview Everyside Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Corporate Partnerships Specialist to drive end-to-end CSR collaborations and institutional alliances. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social impact who can build meaningful corporate relationships, craft compelling proposals, and oversee the successful delivery of CSR initiatives. The position offers a flexible work arrangement across Chennai, remote, and hybrid settings. Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach corporates for CSR collaboration and partnership opportunities - Build and nurture relationships with CSR leaders, corporate representatives, and key decision-makers - Research and develop partnership pipelines aligned with organisational goals - Manage the complete CSR lifecycle from initial lead generation through to project closure - Coordinate proposal development, budgets, presentations, and all related documentation - Support the creation of MoUs, partnership agreements, and onboarding processes - Develop customised CSR proposals, concept notes, and partnership decks for prospective partners - Present programmes and impact initiatives to potential corporate collaborators - Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure timely delivery of partnership commitments - Maintain communication with corporate partners throughout project implementation - Support employee engagement drives, volunteering activities, and CSR events - Track partnership pipelines, prepare impact reports, and maintain CRM records Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, Business, Communications, or a related discipline - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities - Demonstrated capacity to pitch ideas and engage effectively with senior stakeholders - Prior experience in CSR, partnerships, sales, fundraising, or business development is an advantage - Freshers with strong networking skills are welcome to apply - Proficiency in proposal writing, negotiation, and project coordination Why Join Us Everyside Foundation offers a dynamic and purpose-driven work environment where your efforts directly contribute to meaningful social change.
