Corporate Partnerships Specialist

Role Overview Everyside Foundation is looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Corporate Partnerships Specialist to drive end-to-end Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships and institutional collaborations. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about social impact who can build meaningful corporate relationships and manage strategic partnerships from inception to completion. The position offers flexible working arrangements including full-time, part-time, or freelance engagement. Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach corporate entities for CSR collaborations and funding opportunities - Build and nurture relationships with CSR heads, corporate decision-makers, and institutional stakeholders - Manage the complete CSR lifecycle from lead generation through to project closure - Develop customised CSR proposals, concept notes, partnership decks, and presentations - Coordinate MoUs, partnership agreements, onboarding processes, and project documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute partnership strategies - Support employee volunteering programs, CSR events, and engagement initiatives - Track partnership pipelines, prepare impact reports, and maintain CRM records - Monitor project progress and communicate outcomes effectively to all stakeholders Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, Business, Communications, or a related discipline - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills - Ability to pitch ideas and engage confidently with senior stakeholders - Prior experience in CSR, partnerships, fundraising, sales, or business development is an advantage - Freshers with exceptional networking abilities are also welcome to apply - Proficiency in proposal writing and stakeholder reporting - Strong project coordination and negotiation skills Why Join Us Everyside Foundation offers a collaborative and purpose-driven environment where your work directly contributes to sustainable social change.
