In this role, you will work closely with organisations to evaluate their current procurement function and drive meaningful, data-backed transformation. You will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning procurement capabilities with broader business objectives and competitive market dynamics. - 7-9 years of experience in procurement consulting or business transformation - Proficiency in data-driven tools for performance gap analysis - Experience with business strategy development and refinement - Knowledge of strategic capability identification across process, IT, and organisational domains - Familiarity with procurement process optimisation methodologies - Exposure to procurement analytics tools such as spend analysis and contract management platforms - Understanding of market research methodologies and competitive analysis - Experience with business process modelling techniques - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
