Business Transformation Associate Manager

Role Overview Accenture is seeking an experienced Business Transformation Associate Manager to lead large-scale, end-to-end transformation engagements focused on finance operations. In this senior role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, shaping transformation vision and strategy while driving sustainable change across complex organizations. You will translate industry trends and economic shifts into competitive strategies that deliver measurable, profitable outcomes for clients across areas such as cost transformation, ERP-enabled operating model redesign, and post-merger integration. Key Responsibilities - Develop and communicate a compelling transformation vision aligned with the client's strategic and financial objectives - Conduct current state assessments, benchmarking exercises, and capability gap analyses to define a clear transformation roadmap - Design future state operating models covering organizational structure, process architecture, governance, and technology enablement - Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation workstreams, ensuring milestones, quality standards, and budget targets are consistently met - Establish program governance structures including steering committees, risk registers, and escalation protocols - Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process mining methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve process quality - Oversee implementation of automation solutions such as RPA and ERP-enabled process improvements - Lead change management planning and execution including impact assessments, communication plans, and training strategies - Track and report KPIs and benefits realization metrics covering cost reduction, productivity, and quality improvements Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree with 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in business transformation or finance operations consulting - Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Certification with demonstrated end-to-end project leadership - Deep functional expertise in Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay processes including controls and automation - Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Celonis, or equivalent process mining platforms - ERP experience in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or SAP S/4HANA - Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism - Exposure to AI and ML-enabled process improvement, intelligent document processing, or predictive analytics - Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx - Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders Why Join Us Accenture is a global professional services leader serving clients across more than 120 countries, powered by a workforce of over 784,000 professionals with deep expertise across 40-plus industries.
