Business Process Analyst & Systems Administrator

Role Overview IBM is looking for a skilled Business Process Analyst and Systems Administrator to join its team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate existing business strategies, identify performance gaps, and deliver data-driven transformation solutions. You will play a key part in enabling competitive advantage through process improvement, technology enablement, and organizational change. Key Responsibilities - Work closely with clients and internal teams to assess current business strategies and develop refined or new strategies aligned with market and competitive dynamics - Identify strategic capabilities required to sustain competitive advantage, spanning process improvement, IT enablement, organizational development, and knowledge management - Conduct performance gap analyses and design actionable solutions to address identified shortcomings - Develop and present comprehensive business transformation recommendations using best practices and analytical tools - Administer enterprise tools such as CRM, PPM, or EAP platforms including Salesforce, Gainsight, Workfront, Jira, or similar tools - Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards by connecting multiple data sources including SQL databases and RESTful APIs - Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across various roles and levels using communication tools like MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word - Analyze and interpret JavaScript, JSON, or API-related code as needed to support system integrations and operational workflows Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - 4 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, Enterprise Tool Administrator, or in a comparable role - Basic to intermediate SQL skills with experience in operational reporting, data warehouses, and dashboards - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an expert level - Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills - Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, or API-related code reading and interpretation - Experience connecting and working with multiple data source types including SQL and APIs Why Join Us IBM is a globally recognized leader in technology and consulting, offering a collaborative environment where curiosity and innovation are valued. - 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, systems administration, or related roles - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field - Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills - Basic to intermediate SQL skills and experience with reporting systems and dashboards - Ability to read and interpret JavaScript, JSON, or API-related code - Experience connecting diverse data sources including SQL and RESTful APIs - Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience administering CRM, PPM, or EAP tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Workfront, or similar platforms (preferred) - Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python and RESTful APIs (preferred) - Background in B2B Customer Success or SaaS product onboarding environments (preferred) - Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
