Role Overview Lateral Mgt Services (P) Ltd is a growing outsourced business services company with a strong track record of serving banks, insurance firms, and corporate clients. We are now expanding into a dedicated Cyber Security Services division aimed at helping MSMEs, startups, and mid-sized enterprises safeguard their digital assets and meet compliance requirements. We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition across Chennai and Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential clients across sectors including manufacturing, IT, healthcare, education, financial services, and retail - Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking events, and industry associations - Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand cyber security requirements and present tailored solutions - Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients - Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets - Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base - Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports - Promote a wide portfolio of cyber security services including VAPT, Security Audits, Managed Security Services, ISO 27001 Consulting, Endpoint Security, and Incident Response Support Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree; MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory - 1 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, software, telecom, cloud, or cyber security - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales and regular client visits - Existing business network in Chennai or Bengaluru is a strong advantage - Ability to engage confidently with business owners, CXOs, and IT decision-makers Why Join Us This is an exceptional opportunity to build a high-income career in the fast-growing cyber security industry with uncapped commission potential and a clear path to roles such as Sales Manager and Regional Business Head. Requirements

- 1 to 5 years of B2B sales experience - Prior experience in IT services, software, telecom, cloud, or cyber security sales preferred - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities - Comfortable with field sales and regular client visits - Self-motivated and target-driven approach - Ability to build relationships with CXOs and decision-makers - Existing business network in Chennai or Bengaluru is an advantage - Any graduate degree; MBA in Marketing preferred - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
