Role Overview
Rytzu is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join its growing inbound sales team in Chennai. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience who are passionate about technology-driven sales and building lasting client relationships. You will play a key role in helping businesses discover the power of CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and understand each client's unique business requirements
- Present and demonstrate the value of CRM software solutions to prospective customers
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets using a consultative selling approach
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate degree from a recognised university
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident interpersonal style
- Basic understanding of CRM software and its business applications
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior exposure to sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage though freshers may also apply
