Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory New Associate for its Voice Process team in Gurugram. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a career in customer operations within a globally recognised professional services organisation. You will be part of a dynamic Engagement Centre supporting customers across multiple channels including inbound calls, order management, and general product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve complaints, process orders and returns, and address general product or service queries
- Manage escalations and route complex issues to the Tier 2 support team as required
- Track, document and report system issues and process updates in a timely manner
- Adhere to assigned schedules and maintain compliance with service level agreements and account KPIs
- Support process documentation and assist with newly onboarded client processes as and when required
- Stay updated on product information, system changes and operational guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Any graduation degree from a recognised university
- 0 to 1 year of experience in inbound or outbound customer service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multichannel support environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Familiarity with customer service tools and basic computer operations is a plus
