Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at Gurugram. This role is part of Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations division, where you will serve as a frontline customer service agent handling inbound and outbound interactions across multiple channels. You will play a key role in delivering seamless customer experiences for trade and marketing clients across global operations. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls related to complaints, order processing, return requests, website registration queries, and general product inquiries - Manage support and service escalations and route calls to the Tier 2 team when required - Track and report system issues accurately and in a timely manner - Stay updated on system changes, process updates, and new product or service information - Adhere to service level agreements and assigned schedules to maintain operational coverage - Meet and maintain account KPIs on a consistent basis - Assist with process documentation and support any newly onboarded processes as required by the client Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound or outbound customer service roles - Prior experience in a multichannel or multimedia support environment covering customer contact or technical support - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high-volume interactions - Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach Why Join Us Accenture is a global leader in digital, cloud, and security services with a presence across more than 120 countries and a workforce of over 784,000 professionals. Requirements

- Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of inbound and outbound customer service experience - Experience in multichannel support including customer contact and technical support - Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills - Familiarity with KPI-driven work environments - Willingness to adhere to rotational schedules and coverage requirements
