Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at the Gurugram Engagement Centre. This role is ideal for customer service professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience who are looking to grow within a globally renowned professional services organisation. You will play a key part in delivering seamless customer experiences across inbound and outbound voice channels. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls and resolve complaints related to orders, returns, and product queries - Manage outbound interactions and escalate complex issues to the Tier 2 support team - Process order and return requests while ensuring accuracy and timely resolution - Assist customers with website registration inquiries and general product concerns - Track, document, and report recurring system issues to the relevant internal teams - Stay updated on product information, system changes, and process updates on an ongoing basis - Adhere to service level agreements, account KPIs, and assigned operational schedules - Support process documentation efforts and contribute to any newly introduced service offerings as required by the client Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles - Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach - Familiarity with multichannel or multimedia customer support environments is a plus Why Join Us Accenture offers an unmatched global platform where talented professionals can develop their careers across more than 40 industries while working with the world's most advanced technology and intelligent operations network. Requirements

- Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of inbound and outbound customer service experience - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills - Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with complaint handling, order processing, and return management - Familiarity with customer service technology and multichannel support platforms - Knowledge of KPI adherence and service level agreement compliance - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements
