Business Advisory Associate - Voice Process

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at the Gurugram Engagement Centre. This role is ideal for customer service professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience who are looking to grow within a globally renowned professional services organisation. You will play a key part in delivering seamless customer experiences across inbound and outbound voice channels. - Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of inbound and outbound customer service experience - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills - Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with complaint handling, order processing, and return management - Familiarity with customer service technology and multichannel support platforms - Knowledge of KPI adherence and service level agreement compliance - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements
