Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at Gurugram. This role is part of Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations practice and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound voice channels. You will be a key contributor to Accenture's Engagement Centre, helping customers with complaints, orders, returns, and general product inquiries. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls related to complaint resolution, order processing, return requests, and website registration queries - Manage support and service escalations from clients and route complex issues to the Tier 2 department - Track, document, and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner - Stay updated with ongoing system changes, process updates, and product information - Adhere to service level agreements and meet defined account KPIs consistently - Assist with process documentation and support new client processes as officially onboarded - Maintain compliance with assigned schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours Required Qualifications - Any graduation degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles - Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with multichannel or multimedia customer support including voice, customer contact, and trade marketing activities - Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach Why Join Us Accenture is one of the world's leading professional services companies, empowering over 784,000 professionals across 120 countries with cutting-edge digital, cloud, and security capabilities. Requirements

- Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of customer service experience (inbound and outbound) - Experience in handling escalations and service requests - Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA targets - Strong verbal communication skills in English - Familiarity with multichannel customer support processes - Basic understanding of KPI-driven work environments
