Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team in Gurugram. This role is part of Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations division and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound voice channels. You will be the first point of contact for consumers, helping resolve queries related to orders, returns, complaints, and product information. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve complaints, process orders and returns, and address general product inquiries - Manage service escalations and route complex issues to the Tier 2 support team when required - Track and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner - Stay updated with product information, system changes, and process updates - Ensure strict compliance with service level agreements and account KPIs - Assist with process documentation and support new processes as introduced by the client - Adhere to the assigned schedule to maintain operational coverage Required Qualifications - Any graduate from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound or outbound customer service roles - Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with multichannel or multimedia customer support operations - Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach Why Join Us Accenture is one of the world's leading professional services companies, empowering over 784,000 professionals across 120 countries with cutting-edge technology and industry expertise. Requirements

- Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of customer service experience in voice processes - Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound calling - Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of customer service tools and CRM platforms is an advantage - Willingness to comply with scheduled shifts and operational requirements
