Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team in Gurugram. This role is part of a dynamic Engagement Centre focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels. You will work within Accenture's globally recognised Operations division, leveraging cutting-edge customer service technology to support clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve complaints, process orders and returns, and address general product or service queries
- Manage service and support escalations effectively and route complex issues to the Tier 2 department as required
- Track, document, and report system issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on system changes, product information, and process updates to maintain service quality
- Adhere to assigned schedules, service level agreements, and account KPIs consistently
- Assist with process documentation and support any new client-approved processes as they are introduced
- Assist customers with website registration inquiries and liaise with trade and marketing teams when needed
Required Qualifications
- Any graduation degree from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service or a similar voice process role
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with multichannel or multimedia customer support environments is an advantage
