Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team in Gurugram. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic Engagement Centre where you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling their queries, complaints, and service requests across multiple communication channels. You will work in a fast-paced environment that demands strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently - Manage complaint handling, order processing, and return requests - Address customer inquiries related to website registration, product information, and general concerns - Escalate complex support issues to the Tier 2 department as required - Track, document, and report system issues on an ongoing basis - Stay updated on product and system changes to deliver accurate information - Adhere to service level agreements and assigned operational schedules - Meet and maintain account KPIs as defined by the client - Assist with process documentation and support new processes as they are introduced - Liaise between trade and marketing teams and end consumers when needed Required Qualifications - Any graduation degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound or outbound customer service roles - Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment - Familiarity with multichannel or multimedia customer support operations - Good understanding of customer service technology and contact centre tools Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services leader operating across more than 120 countries, offering you a platform to grow your career alongside 784,000 professionals worldwide. Requirements

- Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of inbound and outbound customer service experience - Strong verbal communication skills in English - Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure - Experience in multichannel or multimedia customer support - Familiarity with service level agreements and KPI tracking - Proficiency in documenting processes and reporting system issues - Willingness to work in rotational shifts to cover hours of operation
