Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate for its Voice Process team at the Gurugram Engagement Centre. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of customer service experience who are passionate about delivering excellent consumer support across voice and multichannel platforms. You will play a key part in handling inbound customer interactions, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction in line with defined service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
- Manage complaint resolution, order processing, return requests, and website registration inquiries
- Escalate unresolved support issues to the Tier 2 department when required
- Track and report system issues, changes, and updates on a regular basis
- Comply with service level agreements and account-level KPIs at all times
- Assist with process documentation and support new processes as and when introduced by the client
- Adhere to assigned schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operational hours
Required Qualifications
- Any graduation degree from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound or outbound customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously
- Familiarity with customer service technology and multichannel support tools
- Strong communication skills in English with a customer-first approach
