Role Overview
Accenture is looking for a Business Advisory Associate to join its Banking Operations team in Chennai. In this role, you will support retail banking card operations, helping clients transform their banking processes into agile and resilient operating models. You will work closely with your team to review and process card chargeback disputes in compliance with Regulation E, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback requests and process them in accordance with Regulation E
- Identify and resolve routine operational problems by referencing established precedents and general process guidelines
- Collaborate within your team and coordinate with your direct supervisor to complete daily work tasks
- Follow detailed instructions for regular assignments and new tasks to ensure consistent quality of output
- Contribute as an individual team member within a focused and predefined scope of work
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
Required Qualifications
- Any graduation degree from a recognised university
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations or a related field
- Working knowledge of retail banking services including account management, KYC, transaction processing, loans, and credit card operations
- Familiarity with card dispute management and Regulation E guidelines is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
