Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate to support retail banking card operations at its Chennai delivery centre. In this role, you will be part of a team that helps banking clients improve operational agility, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver better outcomes for their customers. You will work within a structured environment, handling card dispute resolution and chargeback claims in accordance with Regulation E guidelines. Key Responsibilities - Review and assess dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback requests - Process claims in compliance with Regulation E and applicable banking regulations - Solve routine operational problems by following established precedents and general guidelines - Coordinate with team members and supervisors to complete daily work tasks accurately and on time - Maintain quality standards in processing banking transactions including account management, KYC, loan processing, and payment facilitation - Contribute as an individual team member within a defined and focused scope of work Required Qualifications - Any graduation degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in banking operations or financial services - Familiarity with retail banking processes such as card operations, transaction processing, or dispute management - Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within structured operational frameworks - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by business needs Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services leader with operations across more than 120 countries and a workforce of over 784,000 professionals. Requirements

- Any graduation degree - 1 to 3 years of experience in banking or financial services operations - Knowledge of retail banking card operations and chargeback processes - Understanding of Regulation E guidelines for dispute resolution - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines - Good communication skills for team and supervisor interactions - Willingness to work rotational shifts
