Business Advisory Associate - Retail Banking Card Operations

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate to support its Banking Operations practice in Chennai. This role focuses on retail banking card operations, specifically reviewing and processing card chargeback and dispute claims in accordance with Regulation E. You will be part of a team that helps banking clients transform their operations into agile, resilient models while maintaining compliance and quality standards. - Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in banking or financial services - Knowledge of retail banking card operations and chargeback processes - Understanding of Regulation E guidelines - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in rotational shifts - Good communication and coordination skills - Experience with KYC, account management, or transaction processing is a plus
