Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a Business Advisory Associate to join its Banking Operations team in Chennai. In this role, you will support retail banking card operations with a focus on dispute resolution and chargeback processing. You will be part of a global professional services leader helping banking clients build agile, resilient, and future-ready operations. Key Responsibilities - Review and evaluate dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback requests in accordance with Regulation E guidelines - Support banking service operations including account management, transaction processing, and card-related query handling - Resolve routine operational problems using established precedents and general guidelines - Coordinate with your immediate team and supervisor to ensure timely and accurate processing of assigned tasks - Maintain quality and productivity standards while operating within a defined scope of work Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in banking services or financial operations - Basic understanding of retail banking products including credit cards, loans, KYC, and payment processing - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by the business - Good communication and analytical skills with attention to detail Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services company operating across more than 120 countries, offering you exposure to world-class technology, intelligent operations, and a culture that champions innovation and growth. Requirements

- Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in banking or financial services operations - Knowledge of retail banking products such as credit cards, KYC, loans, and payments - Familiarity with Regulation E and card chargeback processes is an advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in rotational shifts - Team-oriented with the ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines
