Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is seeking a Business Advisory Associate to join its Banking Operations team in Chennai. In this entry-level role, you will support retail banking card operations with a focus on dispute resolution and chargeback claim processing. You will be part of a global professional services leader that helps banking clients build agile, resilient, and future-ready operating models. Key Responsibilities - Review and assess dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback requests in accordance with Regulation E guidelines - Handle routine banking operations tasks by following established procedures, precedents, and general guidelines - Collaborate within your immediate team and report to your direct supervisor on daily work progress - Support banking service operations including transaction processing, account management tasks, and related card operations activities - Contribute as an individual team member with a clearly defined and focused scope of work - Adapt to rotational shift requirements as part of operational coverage needs Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in banking or financial services operations - Familiarity with retail banking concepts such as KYC, account management, credit card processing, and payment facilitation - Understanding of dispute management processes and chargeback workflows is an advantage - Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions on new and ongoing assignments Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services company operating across more than 120 countries with a workforce of over 784,000 professionals. Requirements

- Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in banking or financial services - Knowledge of retail banking card operations and chargeback processes - Understanding of Regulation E compliance for dispute resolution - Ability to work in rotational shifts - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational guidelines - Good written and verbal communication skills
