Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is seeking a Business Advisory Associate to join its Banking Operations team in Chennai. In this role, you will support clients in transforming their banking operations into agile and resilient models by addressing quality, productivity, and regulatory challenges. You will work specifically within Retail Banking Card Operations, focusing on dispute resolution and chargeback processing in compliance with Regulation E. Key Responsibilities - Review and assess card dispute claims to determine the authenticity of chargeback requests - Process chargeback claims accurately in accordance with Regulation E guidelines - Solve routine operational problems by following established precedents and general guidelines - Coordinate daily work tasks with team members and direct supervisors - Contribute as an individual team member within a focused and predefined scope of work - Handle banking service functions including account management, transaction processing, and payment facilitation as required Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations or financial services - Understanding of retail banking services including KYC, account opening, loans, credit cards, and payment processing - Ability to follow detailed instructions on new assignments and moderate-level guidance on daily tasks - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services leader with over 784,000 professionals serving clients across 120 countries, offering you unmatched career growth opportunities in digital, cloud, and operations. Requirements

- Any graduation from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in banking or financial services operations - Knowledge of retail banking services such as KYC, card operations, and transaction processing - Familiarity with Regulation E and chargeback dispute processes - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational guidelines - Good communication skills for team and supervisor interaction - Willingness to work in rotational shifts
