Business Advisory Associate - Retail Banking Card Operations

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Associate to support retail banking card operations at its Chennai delivery center. In this role, you will work within a structured banking operations team, helping clients transform their financial services into agile and resilient operating models. You will play a key part in reviewing card dispute claims and ensuring compliance with banking regulations, contributing to high-quality outcomes for global banking clients. Key Responsibilities - Review dispute claims to assess the authenticity of card chargeback requests and process them in accordance with Regulation E - Handle routine operational tasks related to retail banking card operations including account management, transaction processing, and KYC support - Collaborate within your immediate team and report to your direct supervisor on daily operational activities - Follow detailed to moderate-level instructions for recurring tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments - Operate as an individual contributor within a focused and predetermined scope of work - Work in rotational shifts as required by business needs Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in banking operations or a related field - Working knowledge of retail banking services including card operations, KYC, and transaction processing - Familiarity with Regulation E and chargeback dispute resolution processes - Good analytical and problem-solving skills for handling routine operational challenges - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within a team environment Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services leader with operations across more than 120 countries and a workforce of over 784,000 professionals.
