Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Analyst for its Next Generation Customer Operations team in Gurugram. This is a voice-based customer service role within a dynamic Engagement Centre environment, focused on delivering exceptional support across inbound and outbound customer interactions. You will be part of a globally respected organisation that serves clients across more than 120 countries using cutting-edge technology and intelligent operations. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls related to complaint resolution, order processing, return requests, website registration queries and general product inquiries - Manage and escalate support issues to Tier 2 departments as required - Track, document and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner - Stay updated on product information, process changes and system updates - Adhere strictly to service level agreements and account KPIs - Support process documentation efforts and contribute to multichannel or multimedia customer service tasks as assigned - Maintain compliance with scheduled operational hours and assist with newly introduced processes when officially onboarded Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 3 to 5 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced contact centre environment - Familiarity with customer service technology and trade or marketing support functions Why Join Us Accenture offers an unmatched professional environment where 784,000 employees worldwide deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day. Requirements

- Any graduation from a recognised university - 3 to 5 years of inbound and outbound customer service experience - Strong communication skills for voice-based customer interactions - Experience handling escalations and Tier 2 call transfers - Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA targets - Familiarity with customer service technology and multichannel support - Knowledge of process documentation practices - Capability to comply with scheduled shifts and operational KPIs
