Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Analyst for its Engagement Centre in Gurugram, focusing on Next Generation Customer Operations. In this voice-based role, you will serve as the frontline point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inbound queries, complaints, and service requests across multiple channels. You will work with a globally recognised professional services organisation that empowers its people to deliver technology-driven solutions to clients across 120 countries. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions including complaint resolution, order and return processing, and general product inquiries - Manage service and support escalations and route calls to Tier 2 departments as required - Track and report system issues in a timely manner and stay updated on system changes - Adhere to service level agreements, account KPIs, and assigned operational schedules - Assist customers with website registration inquiries and trade or marketing-related questions - Contribute to process documentation and support newly introduced processes as required Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 3 to 5 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles - Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with multichannel or multimedia customer support including technical support and trade marketing activities - Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Why Join Us Accenture offers an exceptional work environment where innovation meets purpose, giving you the opportunity to grow alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
