Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Analyst for its Next Generation Customer Operations team in Gurugram. In this voice-based role, you will be a key part of a dynamic Engagement Centre, delivering high-quality customer service across inbound and outbound interactions. You will support customers with complaint handling, order and return processing, website registration queries, and general product-related concerns directed to trade and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries related to orders, returns, and product information - Manage support and service escalations, routing complex issues to the Tier 2 department as required - Track, document, and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner - Stay up to date with system changes, product updates, and process modifications - Meet and maintain service level agreements and account KPIs consistently - Assist in process documentation and support new processes as officially introduced by the client - Adhere to the assigned schedule to ensure full coverage during operational hours Required Qualifications - Any graduation degree from a recognised university - 3 to 5 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multichannel support environment - Familiarity with customer service technology and multimedia support operations - Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognized professional services leader operating across more than 120 countries, offering unmatched opportunities for career growth in digital, cloud, and operations. Requirements

- Any graduation degree - 3 to 5 years of inbound and outbound customer service experience - Experience in multichannel or multimedia customer support environments - Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure - Strong verbal communication skills - Knowledge of customer service technology platforms - Ability to comply with KPIs and service level agreements
