Role Overview
Accenture is hiring a Business Advisory Analyst for its Voice process at Gurugram. This role is part of the Next Generation Customer Operations practice, focused on delivering exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels. You will play a key role in supporting trade and marketing teams while ensuring a seamless experience for end consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to complaint resolution, order processing, and return management
- Manage service and support escalations and route complex queries to the Tier 2 department
- Assist customers with website registration inquiries and general product-related questions
- Track, document, and report system issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Stay updated on product and system changes to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to service level agreements, account KPIs, and assigned operational schedules
- Support process documentation efforts and adapt to newly onboarded client processes as required
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate degree from a recognised university
- 3 to 5 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service roles
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced multichannel support environment
- Familiarity with customer contact, technical support, or trade marketing operations
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
