Banking Operations Senior Analyst

Role Overview Accenture is seeking an experienced Banking Operations Senior Analyst to join its Intelligent Operations team in Chennai. In this role, you will help transform banking operations for global clients by building agile and resilient operating models that address quality, productivity, and regulatory challenges. You will work on core retail banking functions including account management, payments processing, and compliance operations. Key Responsibilities - Perform account maintenance services including account opening, KYC processing, and account closure - Process retail banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payment facilitation via SWIFT and EFT - Handle deceased customer processing and US legal order processing with accuracy and compliance - Analyse and solve increasingly complex banking operations problems with minimal supervision - Collaborate with peers, clients, and Accenture management to deliver efficient and compliant banking services - Support and oversee small team efforts or individual workstreams as required Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 5 to 8 years of experience in core banking operations or retail banking account operations - Intermediate proficiency in English (Domestic communication) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach - Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines - Good collaboration and interpersonal skills for peer and client interactions Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services leader operating across more than 120 countries with a workforce of over 784,000 professionals.
